THE LEGACY CONTINUES...

                  Tom Blount

Tom became a licensed real estate agent in 1987, receiving his broker’s license in 1990. For fifteen years, he had the privilege of serving as the lead pastor of North Goodland Baptist Church in Imlay City from 1996 to 2011. Tom’s role as a pastor provided him with leadership, business, and relational skills that have proven to be invaluable when he decided to return to the real estate industry in 2007.

While his early experience as a real estate agent was in the residential sector, he decided to pursue commercial real estate after retiring from his pastoral position at the church. Tom had the privilege of working with Stewart Title Company as a Commercial Business Developer from 2007 to 2009. This position provided him with the essential skills and insight needed to be successful in the commercial real estate industry.

During his time at Stewart Title, Tom had the privilege of meeting Steve DeLacy. Tom decided to collaborate with Steve on various commercial listings in the Port Huron area. In July of 2016, Tom purchased DeLacy Real Estate Exchange from Steve and looks forward to continuing the Tradition of Trust in the commercial real estate market.

Tom has been married to his beautiful wife Judy for 31 years, and they've shared the amazing opportunity of raising four children together.
